Order online - Place your order directly through our Online Store. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All information is processed through a secure connection.

Order by phone - Call us at 413.534.9599. Please have your credit card information handy when you call. If we are in the shop, with a customer, or out delivering orders, you will reach our voice mail; please leave your name and number and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Taxes - We ship via UPS or USPS; depending on the item, oversized shipping costs may apply. PENOFIN MAY ONLY BE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND.   A 6.25% sales tax will apply if delivery is within Massachusetts.

Return Policy - Agreed-upon returns within 10 days in original condition receive full purchase price refund, less restocking fee, if applicable. Unless item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs; a $25 restocking fee per item may apply. NOTE: For full credit (less restocking fee, if applicable), item must be received in resellable (as new) condition.

"White Glove" delivery service is also available for our assembled furniture pieces to a limited geographic area within New England/eastern New York. Your furniture will arrive blanket-wrapped and will be placed by Wood New England in your chosen location. (Additional delivery charges will apply.)

Gifts - If your purchase is a gift, we would be happy to enclose a card with any message you wish. We also provide gift certificates; these make terrific housewarming or wedding gifts! Just contact us and tell us what you have in mind. We'll make it work.
